Return and Refund Policy

At Akbar Ali Ku Co L.L.C (“A. Alico Ltd.”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of industrial tools and equipment from our store and website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to provide you with peace of mind.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Some products may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or manufacturer restrictions.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@aalicoltd.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must retain the original invoice for inititating a return. Please include your order number or invoice number and reason for return in your request. Once you receive your RMA number, carefully package the item and ship it back to us at the address provided along with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for return, we will process your refund using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges, within 7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges, within [number of days] days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [customer service email]. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Re-stocking Fees

A 20% re-stocking fee may apply to an item being returned if in special cases a customer gets an approval of return after 30 days of original purchse. This return must be authorized by management and the product must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. In such cases a 20% re-stocking fees will apply as the product was returned after the official return window.
