Warranty Program

Akbar Ali Ku Co L.L.C (“A. Alico Ltd.”) is dedicated to providing high-quality industrial tools and equipment to our customers. We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty program to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Limited Warranty Coverage

We offer 1 year limited warranty on most of our products, starting from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper installation, wrong connections, normal wear and tear , and negligence of recommended instructions as per the manufacturer’s manuals. The warranty would seize/get canceled in case the customer fails to meet these instructions. Additionally, the warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as blades, bits, batteries, or accessories, unless they are defective upon receipt.

Claim Process

If you believe your product is covered under warranty due to a manufacturing defect or faulty materials, please contact our customer service team at sales@aalicoltd.com or 06-5422232. Our team will guide you through the claim process, which may include providing proof of purchase, product photos, and a description of the issue. Additionally, we do not reimburse for third-party repairs, services, or any expenses related to transporting machinery to and from customer premises.

Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will repair or replace the defective part within the product, at our discretion. The method of resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and the availability of replacement parts or products.

Exclusions

Our warranty program is subject to certain limitations and exclusions, as permitted by law. Akbar Ali Ku Co reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage if the product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
