Warranty Policy

Most (not all) of our products come with 12 months limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Ask our sales staff at the time of purchase to confirm the warranty terms on each product.

The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and bad workmanship only. It does not cover defects resulting from operational misuse, normal wear and tear, wrong connection, accidents, improper wiring, alterations, lack of maintenance or consumable parts and negligence of recommended instructions as per the manufacturer’s manuals. Additionally, we do not reimburse for third-party repairs, services, or any expenses related to transporting machinery to and from customer premises.

To make a warranty claim, please contact the showroom where you purchased the product accompanied by the original invoice as a proof of purchase.

Most of our products are supplied with operation manual that shows the optimal operation as well as periodic maintenance tips that must be considered. The customers should read and follow the instructions in the manual before using the equipment to ensure efficiency, warranty compliance and maximum performance of the product. We recommend our customers to follow the safety procedure and take in account the safety instructions in the operation manual. We value continuous improvements and our manufacturers reserve the right to change machine specifications at any time in an effort to provide even better quality equipment.
